REGENERATION by Benny Wills & Alex Ember April 23rd

Beyond identifying with generation x, y or z, let us embrace the timeless, preeminant aspect of Regeneration…

As we reclaim ancient, simplex models that unite shape with sound & the human body, we step into a deeper appreciation of how culture’s words, symbols & music direct our perceptions. To provide lenses for approaching these mysteries, we have assembled an ensemble of iconoclasts to direct an intimate co-creative salon of 90 participants within the window-lit theater room of The Lodge @ Big Bear Lake.

Offering an array of perspectives, we have invited passionate, distinct & masterful minds whose studies & passions span healing, embodiment, movement, music, shamanism, poetry, political activism, graffitii art, medicinal cooking, visual media, yoga, 432 hertz tuning, etymology & alternative history. As truth is approached by looking at a subject from multiple angles, the collective feedback, interest & talents of the audience will amplify & clarify our perspectives on Regeneration.

Benny Wills:

JoyCamp co-founder, truth poet, and Time Magazine’s 2006 Person Of The Year. Google it…

Max Igan:

Researcher, radio host, and film-maker. There is a huge control grid on this earth and when attempting to discover the truth about what it is, there have been a plethora of ready made rabbit holes provided to shift people’s focus and lead them down blind alleys that distract them from the real issues.

A clearer perspective reveals that ultimately, many of the problems that people are researching and addressing are merely symptoms of a larger problem that remains mostly unnoticed and therefore unaddressed. Max cuts to the core of the issues and offers the audience a more holistic perspective leading to real solutions to real problems.

Mear One:

Mear One has been at the forefront of LA’s graffiti and mural culture for nearly three decades. He is famous for having pioneered the Melrose graffiti art movement in the late 80s and is considered by many to be LA’s most prolific public muralist.

Lamonte Tales Goode:

Lamonte is a self-taught dancer who integrates a diverse range of influences into a vibrant and innovative style of movement. Drawing from his background in break dance, hip-hop, acrobatics and yoga, Goode has created a signature fusion style of gravity- defying balance and dance moves that captivate audiences wherever he appears.

Bernhard Guenther:

Bernhard has had a lifelong interest in exploring the mysteries and hidden knowledge surrounding our planet and humanity’s origins, questioning the roots of what constitutes “reality”, and how social (and spiritual) conditioning impacts upon our collective search for the truth in all aspects of life. His blog “Piercing the Veil of Reality” is a wide-ranging collection of essays, films and interviews, from spirituality, shamanism, psychology, self-work, esotericism, history, to the paranormal and hyperdimensional realities.

Truniversal is the journey of two hearts, two minds, and one mission. Universal Truth, Love and Freedom. They offer their hearts and minds for transmuting Truth and Love through musical vibrations into a state of liberation.

Carey Wedler:

YouTuber and senior editor/journalist for Anti-Media. Best known for blowtorching an Obama t-shirt

Alex Ember:

Remembrancer utilizing photography, 432hz music, etymology, physiology & plant based diet to address the mass unconscious sense of separation from source. Fascinated by symbolism, inspired by nature’s design & passionate about syncretizing templates of color, sound & shape that honor the human body as a microcosmic blueprint. Ember began showcaseing slideshows & prints at various Bay Area locations starting in 2008 & now seeks to synergize with veganic permaculture practices to re-root an aesthetic, tone, and structure conducive to regeneration & decentralized models of learning that respect Nature’s authority.

Lee Purcell:

Lee is a former truck driver turned poet traveling perceptual alchemist. After working with ayahuasca in the Amazon jungle in 2013, Lee has uncovered universal insight that has reshaped the quality of his life. He spends most of his time facilitating ayahuasca ceremonies and helping people from all over the world reach their greatest potential.

Hovsep Tuwana:

AKA “Wilma”, Hovsep is a Los Angeles based poet who paints in swaths of words to induce a transcendence from mundanity into the field of nectar soaked healing found at the center of all hearts. He is an exuberant experimentalist in the realms of technology, clothing, dance, musical and performance art. Hovsep also works full time as a licensed physician in internal medicine at the Los Angeles County Hospital.
