Another excellent post by K.T. Weaver, Sky Vision Solutions.
If you haven’t been to that site, it is one of the best for bringing you the truth, technicals and all else regarding this issue.
My suggestion is to get on their mailing list.
On top of all the evidence we have seen about meters causing fires, not having surge protection and being prone to hacking, we know have former NSA employees telling us this is the case also.
Here is a link to her testimony before the Michigan House Committee.
Surge Protection Taken Off Smart Meters:
Pictures below of what we are talking about when we have warned, for years now and recently about this critical safety feature being removed:
But hey, what would a 38 year NSA veteran and a Fire Chief who had a smart meter fire on his own home know right? And what do insurance adjustors, meter installers, meter technicians, electrical engineers, meter designers or the EPRI know either?
More from Smartgridawareness this time on,
Yep, not just your town, city, state or province but as many have warned, in this day and age of everyone hacking everyone… the entire grid of entire nations are weaker now thanks to the smart grid. Utilities, give yourself a round of applause.
Entire Grid At Risk Of Fire?
This may be hard for you to believe, but literally (and actually) anyone with a keyboard and some hacking skills could set fire to any building they wanted to from a remote location.
How? Turning off and on the remote disconnect in meters which has already been the source of many fires, meter recalls and ‘meter meltdowns’ (which is an industry term for smart meter fires) Explained here at 7:23 mark of video.
When you pile on the bad installations, installing under load, street kids installing for speed commissions, plastic pieces of smart meters having a lower melting point than metal and glass meters, lithium ion batteries, transient voltage issues causing inaccuracies… we have a massive problem on our hands.
You can watch the video of Ayers here (3min to 12 min)
Analogue Meters Immune To Hacking:
Ayers, when asked if analogue meters can be hacked says: ‘NO’ Ironically, analogue meters also had proper surge arrestors on them. Now, because of this ALL our buildings with a smart meter are at risk of fire. All of them. They have known this for years and still put the meters on and are still pushing them on people to this day:
Let’s touch on the inaccuracy part shall we? The below graphic sums up a report from the Netherlands on the gross inaccuracy of meters.
How many times have you seen, or been the victim of skyrocketing power bills?
And when you see these all over Facebook, in every article online from papers happening in every where across the globe, now are you seeing what they are up to?
Just in case you did not know, there have been no real world tests for accuracy yet, besides the one above and that one was also in a lab.
Normally it is a fraction of a second test in a controlled lab, with no voltage transient or harmonic issues being accounted for.
These meters are 582% inaccurate for you.
However, at the same time they are 582% accurate for broke utilities and broke governments looking for a way to steal your cash from your hard work to cover up for decades of grid mismanagement and compensate for sagging demand.
If you have been to this blog before, you have seen these charts, but it is worth showing again just so those that believe the utility/government lie of ‘keeping up with demand‘ understand that it is just that, a lie.
Notice how right around 07/08 the trend solidified itself, which was ‘coincidentally’ the exact time smart meters got really popular with utilities.
I will save you the time of trying to look around and see if it is the same everywhere and let you know, yes, it is.
Data Is Money:
Finally, the last scoop of this issue is that they needed to put in meters and need the ‘accidental inaccuracies’ to make up for the lost revenue. They also needed the data sales, which will also be a massive boost to utilities to the tune of? Trillions:
Just as a tiny hint, the power sales market is about… $2.2 TRILLION.
Now are you starting to see why utilities can’t don’t care about the fires smart meters cause?
Now do you see why they don’t care that your entire home grid, and your entire countries’ grid is at risk?
They need the data and the ‘accidental inaccuracies’ of the smart meter!
I won’t even get into the fact that governments are the primary share and bondholders of ALL utilities via their pension plans as this has been covered enough times for regular readers. The government (who legislates this stuff into existence) therefor, needs them to get the data and be ‘accidentally inaccurate’. This is just a mathematical fact.
I am going to ask a big favour of you.
Big, but simple.
Please, get this post into the inbox of your friends and family. Like, share, tweet, print and mail, talk about it at dinner… whatever it takes.
We have all had enough.
We have let a lot of things slide, but this is too much. We in the movement against these meters have been warning about this for a long time.
We did it to protect ourselves, but of course you and yours also.
We need to care about this one.
We can’t let it slide anymore.
It’s time to wake up.
They lied again and this time it can cost us our financial future, our homes or our lives.
They lied for money and greed. This is unacceptable. Please ensure others know this too.
Many have been searching for reasons, here is why. Corroborated by the most credentialed people out there.
This is no longer ‘tin foil hat’ stuff.
This is serious.
This is now.
This has to stop.
We need to stop this together.
