Greetings and Happy New Year!  We are very excited to present the 17th Conscious Life Expo with an outstanding line up of speakers presenting workshops, lectures and panels. We have been overwhelmed with request from exhibitors to display their product and are almost booked up.


This year, we are bringing together a fantastic, eclectic community of speakers, exhibitors, musicians, filmmakers, authors, artists and visionaries for a 4 day gathering of collective consciousness to explore evolutionary transformations in health, science, spirituality and healthy lifestyles. Live Music, Latino Program, Healthy Foods, 5 Exhibit Halls plus special events.

You are welcome to interview in the Press Room which is located in Newport Room A, at the Step ‘n Repeat media wall and the 5 Exhibit Halls (lobby level – Pacific, International), the Plaza Ballroom (locate downstairs) for all the Panels but not in the workshop.

PRESS ROOM: Newport Room A

There is a Press Room located in the Newport Room A on the Mezzanine Level set up for your interviews, if it is available. A daily schedule is posted on the door for you to reserve the room for your interviews. If you wish to reserve to a time slots before the Expo, please let me know and I will secure the time slot for you; otherwise you can sign up to book time slots when you check in. You can also store your equipment there.



Please note that cameras will not be allowed in any lectures or workshops, unless pre-approved.. You will have free access to interview in the hallways and Exhibit Halls and the Press Room. Your Press Badge gives you access to attend all the lectures, panels and the three Exhibit Halls. Access to the paid Workshops and special events are ticketed events. However, in some cases, we can offer you one or two tix for a specially requested workshop with advance notice or at the Check In. There will be no press passes for the Post Conferences on Monday, Feb. 25, 2019.



Good News for ATT customers…AT&T has routers all over the Hilton so it is much

easier to get online!
